Four cosily furnished apartments are arranged on two floors (without lift) and offer space for totally 16 people. All flats are completely renovated and equipped with new kitchens and stylish, modern furniture. Free parking, Wi-Fi and 24/7 check-in with key code system. The Götzner Nockspitzbahn and the ice sports centre as well as the bus stop are nearby. Very good public connection to Innsbruck and the neighbouring skiing areas Axamer Lizum and Muttereralm. The popular Gruberwirt restaurant is located directly in the house and offers excellent delicacies.
