The third 75 m² modern apartment on the first floor has two double bedrooms with a box-spring bed, a sofa bed, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and two bathrooms with bath tub and toilet.

Two apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and one apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. A free parking space is available for guests.

In the newly opened “Zur Post” restaurant: Hot meals from Wednesday to Saturday from 11:30 to 21:00, on public holidays from 11:30 to 15:00. Additionally open every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month from 11:30 - 15:00 and Mondays & Tuesdays are closed.

In the centre of Gries, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a bus stop, a cross-country ski trail and the ski lift. The village of Kühtai, which is a hiking destination in summer and a ski resort in winter, is only 20 minutes away. The city of Innsbruck can be reached in 25 minutes.
