A spacious holiday home in a quiet location (in the district of Hötting) away from the bustle of the city but only a 15 minute walk from the city centre.
Ideal for nature and sports lovers, wonderful hiking trails pass right by the house and the valley station of the Nordkettenbahn lift or the new Hungerburgbahn funicular is 1,6 km away.

The house has a large sun terrace where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ, as well as a large garden.
Wireless internet access and private parking spaces are available at the house free of charge.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings while still being close to the city centre.
