The apartments are located right by the River Inn in the heart of the picturesque and historic Mariahilf district, just a five minute walk from all of the city's famous landmarks. The Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace and Maria Theresien Street are all just around the corner. Our guest service: You don't have to be at home to feel at home. Our five apartments offer everything you need for an extremely relaxing stay: our guests enjoy free wifi and can take advantage of our bike hire service. Food and drink: Just around the corner, next to the scenic Mariahilf Parish Church with its baroque dome, you'll find a cosy café and patisserie with an outdoor seating area and a delicious and great value breakfast.

It is possible to book a private parking space in the apartment building's underground garage.
We also take good care of our youngest guests by providing a changing mat and baby bath.
A cot is available on request for an additional fee of 14 euros per night including bed linen.
Pets are also welcome to stay on request. The final cleaning fee is included in the price of the apartment, as are fresh towels, bathrobes and bed linen.
