On one hand you can find simple solutions in the Basic Hotel: centrally located in the heart of Innsbruck at Innrain 16, only one minute walking distance to the historical old town with it’s famous “golden roof”, parking possibilities in two multi-story car parks next to the hotel and 24-hour self check-in at our service point.
On the other hand airconditioned guest & bath rooms with all comfort of a 3 star city hotel and the breakfast in the in-house coffee are a clever offer for visitors of Innsbruck. Our multi share rooms are bookable up to 4 persons.
The congress & fair ground, the university, the hospital, all major shopping malls and the new funicular to the Nordkette are all within walking distance.

Our team at the front desk welcome you from 7:00 am till 10:30 am and from 3:30 pm till 09:00 pm. Outside opening hours, you can access your room by using your credit card at the Check-in-point. There is also a direct telecommunications link to our main house, the Best Western Hotel Leipziger Hof****.
Check IN on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. and check out by 11 a.m.
In case of invalid or non-covered creditcard a service charge of €15,- is applicable.

Directions to the BASIC HOTEL:
by car: Motorway A12 or A13, take the motorway exit Innsbruck west. You are arriving on the "Egger-Lienz-Straße". This street turns sharply to the left. At the 2nd crossing light turn left into the "Holzhammerstrasse". At the next crossing turn right. Now you are already on the right street ("Innrain"). Go straight on and after approx. 1,5 km you will find the hotel on your left hand side across the street car (one-way street). Now turn left and park your car in the multi-story car parks Altstadtgarage or Markthallengarage or rather drive 50m back to the main entrance of our hotel.
Follow the green signposting of the Hotel Route System, direction "Basic Hotel".
