Whether you want to take a family holiday in Tyrol, be an urban tourist in Innsbruck or need to stay in the city for professional reasons - why not come and stay with us? We have two comfortable furnished holiday apartments for you in our new, ultra-modern house (2013). Enjoy the quiet rural surroundings and central location of Rum.

You will be just 5km from the centre of Innsbruck, so you can easily access numerous attractions and cultural events in the city, such as the Bergisel ski jump, the historic Old Town, the view from the Hungerburg, the “Tanzsommer” (Summer Dance Festival) or the “Festwochen der alten Musik” (Festival of Early Music).

For sports enthusiasts, the area around Innsbruck boasts many attractive destinations, regardless of the season. Our holiday apartments are an ideal starting point for walking, cycling, skiing, tobogganing or whatever sport you enjoy. We will be happy to advise you about places to visit in the area.

Arrival - car:

Inn valley motorway A12 exit Innsbruck-Ost, take the first opportunity to turn right into the Andechsstraße, and the next opportunity to turn right again into Langer Weg. Continue to drive in the direction of Rum / Hall on highway B171. Distance from exit Innsbruck-Ost to Rum is approximately 3 km. Inn valley motorway A12 exit Hall / West over the Inn bridge to the junction of highway B171, then turn left - 3km to Rum.

Train: Main railway station Innsbruck – Continue journey with a taxi to Rum. Your landlord will reimburse the taxi fare.

Regional train or with the IVB-Buses, routes A, 501, 502 (Doerferstrasse) or 504 (highway B171).

Airplane: Innsbruck airport (10km) – Continue journey with a bus or taxi to Rum.

The Tourist Information Rum is directly beside the road. Brochures, including a town plan can be found next to the entrance door.
